VIP會員分級制度於2023/03/01正式啟用

會員等級優惠內容

1. 完成升級後，將一併發放升等禮購物金（300元／500元／800元）。
2. 當月壽星，可至門市領取生日禮購物金（300元／500元／800元）。
3. 購物優惠：購買正價商品可享折扣（不可與其他優惠活動並用）
4. 課程優惠：購買課程方案可享折扣（不可與其他優惠活動並用）

購物金使用規定

1. 購物金可於昱驊瑜珈門市折抵商品消費，折抵之金額不開立發票。
2. 消費不足額時不找零、不兌現。

3. 購物金限購買商品使用，不可購買課程方案。
4. 請妥善保管，遺失恕不補發，不可與其他優惠或活動合併使用。

注意事項

1. 自2023.03.01起，於門市購買商品滿1000元可得1點，於1年內集滿指定點數，可申請升級／續會，以持續享有各項專屬優惠。

2. 消費者於1年內集滿12點，可申請升級為銀級會員；銀級會員於1年內集滿12點，可申請升級為金級會員；金級會員於1年內集滿12點，可申請升級為白金會員。

3. 會員等級期限自升級日起，有效期限1年，若未於期限內申請升級，將於有效期限過後降級；降級後之會員期限自降級日起，有效期限1年。

4. 為保持會員等級，銀級會員／金級會員／白金會員，於1年內集滿8點可申請續會，會員期限自續會日起，有效期限1年。

5. 若欲辦理申請升級或續會，請於有效期限內，持集點卡及會員卡，至門市現場辦理相關作業，逾期恕不受理。

6. 點數、集點卡、會員卡…等，皆限本人使用，並請妥善保管，遺失恕不補發。

7. 購物時請出示有效「會員卡」方可使用購物優惠／課程優惠，出示「點數」或「集點卡」將無法使用相關優惠。
